Our Partnership

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is very proud of the work it has done to procure our Partnership with The Dodd Group , Graham Facilities Management and Lift & Engineering Services. We offer our clients access to our OJEU contracts, to provide long term cost savings and efficiencies in procurement. We offer a full-service Property Maintenance solution for all cyclical compliance servicing, reactive, planned & minor works needs; including helpdesk and finance support, but we can also tailor our service to meet your individual needs.

Standard Plan +Helpdesk

Adding Helpdesk to your plan offers access to & use of the Property Services Group Helpdesk & Admin team to raise reactive and compliance works orders on behalf of our clients using standard Property Services Group procedures

• Provide branded call answering service to;
• Accept & calls direct from your clients during core service hours
• Accept & email queries & job requests direct from your clients during core service hours
• Raise orders directly into our Client Portal
• Schedule & Book reactive job appointments
• Obtain & manage job updates by request
• Monitor receipt/ obtain Service Certificates electronically
• Helpdesk performance data report

Out of Hours additional fee:
• 365 days a year; service to surround core service hours

Defined as the minimum plan that can provide access to the Dodd Group, Graham Facilities Management & LES under the pre-procured Solihull Property Services Group OJEU contract

• Standard agreement access to the Property Services Group contract
• Contractor Financial modelling; agreement & set up of Overhead Account
• Set up & access to standard web based Job Logging System (Portal)
• Upload of site portfolio into Job Logging system (based on X volume of sites)
• Use of pre-designed standard Job Logging system via X licences (Open Housing & OMFAX) for Reactive works
• Upload of Compliance Servicing schedules – 1x per annum
• Automatic client cost centre allocation set up
