We are a team of professionals specialising in Property Maintenance; Reactive Repairs, Cyclical Servicing , Planned and Minor Works.

Having developed a strong and successful Partnership in Solihull for over 10 years, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council offers access to our OJEU procured Building, Mechanical & Electrical contracts to ALL other local authorities and public sector organisations throughout the UK.

If you are a school, academy, housing association, local authority, NHS property, Police, Fire Service or other emergency service organisation - accessing our Partnership contracts offers value for money property maintenance, in addition to the upfront cost savings & efficiencies seen by effectively minimizing procurement procedures.

Our Partnership contracts include repairs & maintenance on ALL public sector buildings; social housing, schools, academies and corporate buildings.

As a division of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, our partnership comprises the Council’s Property Services Team, The Dodd Group (Midlands Ltd), GRAHAM Facilities Management and Lift and Engineering Services Ltd (LES) to cover all Building, Mechanical & Electrical together with Lift Servicing needs.

Efficient call handling

Our team use sophisticated scripting software to identify the property, the item that has an issue, and log details on the fault. We will then send the information to the nearest operative who has the right skill set and experience to carry out a ‘first time fix’ if possible

First Time Fix

Using pre-determined timescales our operatives or engineers are empowered to solve the issue up to an agreed level, in one visit, and without calling on a surveyor to authorise a repair. They are also empowered to assist and give advice to customers regarding the work required, so that you are able to make the necessary decisions and instruct them accordingly

Progress updates

You can monitor the progress of your project, from the raising of the initial order to completion of the work, by accessing our online portal.

Financial Control

On completion of a job we will quickly raise an invoice so that you can control your budgets effectively.

From our extensive suite of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) we will agree a set of performance indicators specific to your needs, so that we can measure what is important to you. These are used to improve the service and help reduce costs year on year.
